1. Wash and Inspect
Thoroughly clean the vehicle exterior so existing scratches are visible. Take high-resolution photos of the car from all angles before handing over keys.
2. Maintenance Check
Keep the fuel tank around 1/4 full to save transport carrier load weight. Confirm tire pressure is normal and remove all personal belongings from the dashboard.
3. Documentation Handover
Keep photocopies of Registration Certificate (RC), Active Car Insurance policy, and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate ready for transit checks.
